About this project
Vizora is a WooCommerce storefront for glasses, contact lenses and makeup, built on a custom theme with the free build of Elementor — no paid Elementor Pro licence needed to edit it. The home page is an Elementor page assembled from the theme’s own widgets, and those widgets read WooCommerce directly: every price, discount, stock count and “save %” comes from the product, so the home page can never quote a figure the checkout will not honour, and the same product card prints on home, shop, category, search and related-product listings. A mega menu built from the category tree gives Eyewear, Contact lenses and Makeup a panel each — subcategory icons, descriptions, product counts and the department’s featured product — so adding a subcategory adds it to the menu. Shop filters (category tree, price bands and a swatch filter for every colour attribute) are plain links to URLs WooCommerce already filters by, so they bookmark, share and work without JavaScript, and the colour swatches on a product page drive WooCommerce’s own variation dropdown so price, stock and availability stay WooCommerce’s. Contact lenses are handled as the medical devices they are: lens pages ask for each eye’s power and a confirmation, the cart refuses a lens without them, and the powers are written onto the order line for whoever dispatches it. A newsletter signup validates, rate-limits and stores what it collects; the mobile layout folds the bar into a panel, takes search full width and shows cards two-up; and 72 automated checks run over HTTP, including a real order placed with a prescription on the lens line. The public link is a static snapshot — browsing, categories, search and product pages work from it, while cart, checkout and accounts run on the full WordPress installation.
