CrewMatrix is a two-sided construction bidding marketplace that connects general contractors with licensed subcontractors. Contractors post a project with scope, budget range and dates, and verified crews working inside their travel radius get matched and bid across 12 trades — each bid arriving with a price, crew size and an honest start date. Licences and insurance are checked against expiry dates so a lapsed certificate drops a company out of the compliance filter before award, and all bids land in one comparison table where outliers are obvious. Messaging attaches to the project record, and escrow-backed milestone payouts run through Stripe Connect on the same record as the deal, so the paperwork, the conversation and the money stay together from first bid to final payout.
